We now offer an audible TV guide and downloadable video app for customers with visual disabilities. We're committed to providing quality accessibility solutions, and depending on the customer's service location, we'll provide one of the following audible TV experiences:

  • A Spectrum receiver preloaded with Spectrum Guide Narration, our flagship talking guide solution. Customers can navigate Spectrum Guide with full audible support of Guide, On Demand and Accessibility features. (only available in certain locations)
  • A Spectrum TV mobile app that uses TalkBack, Android's native screen reader. Customers can enjoy Spectrum TV anywhere in their home with access to live and On Demand programming.
  • Spectrum's web-based online video platform with support for screen readers and keyboard navigation. Customers can enjoy Spectrum TV anywhere in their home and even record programs in the cloud for playback on any PC.
