A Pennsylvania man faces DUI and felony child endangerment charges after reportedly crashing his car into an embankment in Leesburg Sunday. Loudoun County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of an erratic driver around the James Monroe Highway/Whites Ferry Road area in Leesburg shortly before 8 p.m. Sunday.

The Loudoun County Department of Fire, Rescue and Emergency Management will be conducting mass casualty drills at the training center in Leesburg beginning today and running through Thursday, Oct. 9. The units will be responding to a mock "plane down" scenario in both a morning and afternoon session.
