The company will invest $34.2 million, plus another $20 million for personal property, and create 73 new jobs over the next six years, according to a statement from the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership. According to the Missouri Department of Public Safety, the Missouri State Highway Patrol costs total $1.1M while activating the National Guard will cost the state roughly $384,000.

Two St. Louis County Wal-Mart stores where police shooting protesters disrupted business earlier this week have removed ammunition from their shelves. KMOV-TV reports that the Ferguson and Maplewood Wal-Marts took the precaution after Ferguson October protesters clashed with police at both locations Monday.
