Police officers in Clayton, Missouri told reporters that they had to use force to arrest a woman holding a pumpkin with the word "racism" written on it because they "sensed" that she might smash it outside the St. Louis County Justice Center. Over the weekend, a group of mostly-white students and agitators rioted at a pumpkin festival in Keene, New Hampshire.

Though the Grand Jury is still deliberating on whether or not charges will be filed in relation to the slaying of Mike Brown, after leaking the autopsy report the St. Louis Post has sparked new fears that no charges will be brought against Officer Darren Wilson , as protesters have already started preparing for the worst. Using documents prepared by the St. Louis County medical examiner, the Post is reporting that Brown may have been reaching for the officer's gun at the onset of the shooting, though this speculation comes from two experts not actually directly related to the case.

Two experts say Michael Brown's official autopsy shows the 18-year-old was shot in the hand at close range the day he was killed by a Ferguson police officer. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch obtained the St. Louis County medical examiner's autopsy and an accompanying toxicology report showing Brown had used marijuana.

The attorney for the family of slain Ferguson, Missouri, teenager Michael Brown called again Monday for an indictment of the police officer who fired the fatal shots. Attorney Daryl Parks said information in a Friday New York Times story that related what's said to be Darren Wilson's version of what happened shouldn't preclude Wilson's prosecution for the unarmed teen's Aug. 9 death.
